Setup MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) on your Office 365 Account Follow
This document is intended to walk you through the setup of MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) on your Microsoft Office 365 account.
1. Use the following link to log into your Office 365 account:
2. If there are no MFA methods setup in your account, you will be prompted for more information.

3. Click next, and then you will be prompted to set up a form of MFA. If you would like to use your cellphone, enter your mobile number starting with "+1" for the country code and select either "send me a code by text message" or "Call me".

4. If you would like to use an Authenticator App, select "Mobile app" from the How should we contact you? drop-down list and select to either "Receive notifications for verification" or "Use verification code".

5. After selecting and configuring your method of MFA, you will be prompted to either enter the verification code that was sent via text message, or enter the verification code from the app. This verification code confirms that your method of MFA is valid.

6. After confirming your MFA method is valid, your setup is complete. You will be taken back to the login page and will need to enter an MFA one final time to gain access to your account. After this has been entered, you will be directed to the Office portal as expected.
